World Championship Cook-Off

To register for the IDOS 2010 World Championship Cook-Off, each team is required to meet the following obligations by the end of the year, 31 December 2009.
- Win an IDOS Sanctioned Cook-off or be nominated by an active IDOS Chapter
- Be an active IDOS member at the time of submission and at the time of the WCCO cook-off
- Submit the following Registration Information
- Email one set of recipes for the Semi-Finals and a different set of recipes for the Finals in an editable text or Word format. Please, do not send your recipes in a PDF format.
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of $50 (fifty dollars) by check or money order or by Pay Pal

Type your name exactly as you want it printed in the recipe book and on your apron.

Every member of the Cast and Crew will receive one T-shirt for free. Additional shirts may be purchased for $10 each.
Please, add this additional cost with your registration fee. |
Type the names of your dishes exactly as you want them to appear online and in the recipe book.
How will you be submitting your payment?
Payment can be made by mailing a check or money order made out to IDOS and mailed to the address below or by Pay Pal. The Pay Pal option will be available on the next screen. |

Email your recipes
All recipes should be submitted in a text or Word format and emailed to the address below.
If there are any problems with the formatting of your recipe, you may be asked to resubmit.
